Whoooo's For Dinner? Investigation Activity and Owl Prowl (17523)
Description:   Owls and other birds of prey swallow their food whole. However, they cannot digest fur, feathers or bones so they spit those items back up. By picking apart these 'pellets' of undigested food, it can be seen what prey items the owl has eaten. Great for families - young children are welcome, with the assistance of an adult. Weather permitting, will walk the trails after the program, to listen for owls. RSVP by Feb. 12.
